The Childcare Provider will provide quality childcare services for children of hospital employees. Will care for children 0-5 years old, sometimes fill in for the lead teacher in a classroom.

Requirements
Individual must be at least 18 years of age and must be eligible for enrollment in the Oregon Registry and Central Background. Infant and Child CPR and First Aid required within 30 days of employment and current Food Handler’s Certification required. Must complete at least 2 hours of training on child abuse and neglect within 30 days of employment as well as Office of Child Care approved safe sleep training, and health and safety training required within 30 days of employment. Individual must be mentally, physically and emotionally capable of performing duties related to child care.
