JOB SUMMARY:

Functions primarily in planning, providing and evaluating skilled physical therapy care. The Physical Therapist collaborates with the physician's direction using initiative to implement the plan and utilize all available resources.

Physical Therapist - Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Individuals must have graduated from a Physical Therapist Educational program with a Master's or Doctoral degree. They must also have a license form the Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board and current CPR certification. Oregon Physical Therapists are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years.
